And a few more tunes that were enjoyed during my Pville visit:
Screaming Trees- unreleased album
Turbonegro- Apocalypse Dudes/Ass Cobra
Babes in Toyland- To Mother
Otis Redding- Best of
Death Angel- The Ultra-violence
Bad Brains- s/t
Deathspell Omega- Si Monumentum Requires, Sircumspice
Dwarves- Blood Guts and Pussy
Crackerbash- s/t
I suppose that's enough for now. I am finally unpacking my music, which is why I can remember what I listened to. I usually pick something ahead of time to listen to over the mountain pass', this time was no different. I chose to hear "Soulsavers- Broken", and "Godspeed You Black Emperor- F#a#" one way, and Coil and Agalloch the other. These are important things to me! Anyhowza, back to my regular life. And on and on and on and.....

The Round-Up
The rent/own prices in Pville seem to be awesome, though this is coming from someone who lives in Portland. Every time I come down I get a copy of the local free paper/zine/thing called "The Round-Up". It is full of cool stuff like ads for local business' (Merlin's Beard collectibles, Paws and Claws dog and cat grooming), things for sale (Smith and Wesson nickel plated model586 357, $500 obo), lost and found (found, red bible, note saying Kathleen, April 16, 1972 inside), and assorted home rentals and sales (3bed/2bath house for rent, utilities paid, 2 car garage, pets ok, $800 per month). Like I said. Awesome.

Wi-fi search
No internet at my sisters house, so I had to go into town for access. It seems that only Starbucks and Mcdonalds have wi-fi after a certain hour...it also occurred to me that Pville doesn't have a sushi joint. I wonder if you could make a go of a small place. Small country town and sushi don't seem to go together, but you never know. Anyway, in PDX many bars and taverns have wi-fi, but not so much in Pville. I'm sure there were a few places that I missed though.
More Glory
A composite I made in a Photoshop class awhile back.http://visitprineville.org/
This should take you to all the buttery goodness of the place I was born and raised. Growing up as a skateboarding, Native American, long haired, punk/metalhead/goth weirdo in this (then) tiny town, I stuck out like....well, like any of the above. I absolve this place of most of it's sins, though not all, and life goes on and on and on...
